Episode 2

It's takes courage and boldness to take some certain steps, or decisions in life. James was dumbfounded. "You don't have to be surprised, I really do love you" , Bailey said, "You don't know me too well, so please don't get carried away", he said, "How do you mean, don't you like me, don't I look attractive?", She said. James been a concise communicator, he let out a smile, and didn't say anything to her. Bailey was still waiting for James to explain what he meant by what he said, but he didn't say anything, and she left feeling disappointed. 

James didn't try to stop her, he just kept calm as he let out a smile. Throughout that day, Bailey refused going to his office.

Two days later, Bailey was still angry with James. Later at break time, he was waiting for her to come to his office, but she didn't show up, and he decided to send for her. Few minutes later, Bailey entered his office. "Take a seat, How are you?", James asked, "Am fine" Bailey said still standing, "Have a seat Bailey", he repeated, but she remained mute. James looked at her eyes, and saw she wasn't smiling, and he could tell she wasn't ready to talk to him. "Bailey can I see you tonight, so we can talk better", he said, "Alright", she replied, "Good, I will send you an address", he said, "Okay, can I leave now", she asked, "Yes, you, can", he said, and she left his office. 

Later that evening, James, and Bailey met at a coffee shop two blocks away from the foundation. "How was your day today?", he asked, "Good", she replied, "You have been avoiding me, did I do something wrong to you?", he asked, "No", she replied. James took a deep sigh, "Bailey, I know you are angry with me, I don't want to be a distraction to you in school, we both are teachers", he said, "I know, but I love you", Bailey said in a sad tone, "Am glad you did," he said as he held her hand. "Bailey I love you too, but let me warn you, I always love too much", he said, and Bailey brighten up her face with a lot of smiles, "So can you be my girlfriend?", he said, "Of course yes," she said, smiling and he kissed her on the lips. 

The next day, Bailey went to work feeling happy, she had planned to make her relationship with James obvious so the other teachers could notice. Bailey always went to see James at break time, and also, they hang out together after work hour. 

Bailey tried all her best to know where James stays, but he never took her to his home, and that made her worried. "Baby, I want to go to your house tonight", she said, "My house, no love, not now," he said, "Why?" she said, but he only smiled at her, and when she saw the smile on his face, she understood he wasn't going to say anything to her again, so she stopped asking. When they were done, James took Bailey home on a cab, "Good sleep", he said, and they hugged each other, then she let out a smile, and went inside her compound. 

Bailey's younger sister was sitting at the porch when she saw Bailey, and James walked out of a cab, and hugged each other. Bailey walked inside, and saw her mom sitting in the living room. "Good evening mom", Bailey greeted, "Welcome, but these past few days, you have been coming home late from the foundation, why?", Bailey's mom asked, "Yes, sorry I didn't call home", Bailey said, "Tell me the truth, you went out on a date, right?" Bailey's mom asked. Bailey was about to say something when her younger sister walked in, "Mom, I was at the porch when I saw big sister walked out of a cab, and a guy followed her, and they hugged each other", Bailey's younger sister said smiling, "Wow, I thought as much, I just hope something good will come out of him", Bailey's mom said, "Mom, I have to go take a shower now", Bailey said, and left the sitting room. 

The next day, when Bailey arrived at the foundation, she was about to enter the staff room when she heard her colleagues gossiped. "I think Bailey and James are in a romantic relationship", one said, "Yes, you are right, they always spend time together, and they always go home together", another said, "Why will a lady as beautiful as bailey go out with a weird, and poor man like James", another said. They were still talking when Bailey walked in, and gave them a look which says, "Why can't you all just mind your business". When they saw the look on her face, they became scared, "I think she might have eavesdropped on us", one of them whispered.

Later during break time, Bailey went to James office. "Have you had your lunch?", he asked, “No yet,  waiting for you", she said, "Alright, give me a sec" he said, as he tried to arrange few things on his desk. "Babes", She said, "Just a sec", he said, "No, I heard some colleagues at the staff room gossiped about us", she said, "Really?", he asked, "Yes, let me tell you what they said", Bailey was about to talk when James stopped her, "All done, forget about what they said, let's go have lunch", he said, and they both left. 

When they were done with lunch, they left, and was about going to their separate offices when James said to her, "Let me walk you back", he said as he held her palm, Bailey became surprised, "Really, you haven't done it before, are you sure about it", she asked, "Yes, let's go", he said, and they went holding hands. 

When they arrived at the staff room, the teachers that were gossiping earlier on saw them, and began to whisper among themselves. James noticed it, and gave Bailey a kiss on her forehead, "See you later", he said, and left. Bailey was standing numb, and staring at him as he walked out of the office. The teachers were overwhelmed about the whole thing that just happened. 

The next day, Bailey was on her way to the foundation, when she checked her bag, and couldn't find her phone.  When she got to the foundation she collected James phone, and call her younger sister to quickly bring her phone to the foundation. 

One hour later, Bailey's younger sister arrived at the foundation, the security guard opened the gate, and she went in. "Excuse me, Where can I find miss. Bailey" Bailey's younger sister asked one of teachers she saw, "Go to office 3", the teacher said and left.  Bailey's younger sister went to the office 3, but her big sister was not there, she was then directed to office 7, James's office.  When she arrived at the office, she knocked, and was told to come in,  when she entered, she saw James, and Bailey talking, "Good morning sir, here is your phone sister", she said as handed over the phone to Bailey, and left. 

Two days later, Bailey was at her the living room when her mom walked in, "Bailey, I want us to talk", her mom said, "Alright mom", Bailey replied, "I want to meet that young man", her mom said, "Mom, which young man?", she asked, "The one that has been keeping you out", her mom said, stood up, and left. 

The next day, during lunchtime, Bailey told James what her mom said, "Alright, I will go with you tomorrow", James said,  "Are you sure?", she asked, "Yes", he replied. 

The next day, James went home with Bailey. When they arrived, Bailey's mom, and younger sister were already in the living room. Immediately Bailey's younger sister saw James she quickly recognized him from the foundation. "Mom this is big sister's colleagues from the foundation", her younger sister said................
